Every year since the firm’s inception, the attorneys have prepared Christmas dinner for our staff and we have held a spirited and cutthroat Christmas gift exchange. Last year we decided that the gift exchange wasn’t competitive enough for our tastes, so we added some highly challenging Reindeer Games. To make the party complete we added a huge trophy and semi-valuable prizes. Michael Rogers dominated last year’s games to the point that we thought why not just hand him the trophy again this year and avoid the exercise. But we gamely played on, and to our amazement, Michael’s team lost. Becky Maas was the actual winning influence on both last year’s and this year’s winning team…. who knew?
