2020 wasn’t a complete disaster. It brought us out newest attorney, Cassie Stockert. Cassie and her family made the decision to move back home after riding out a painful quarantine in Chicago. Chicago’s loss was most certainly our gain. After graduating from the John Marshall School of Law, Cassie practiced in Chicago until 2020. Before coming here, her practice focused on insurance coverage, bad faith, and, commercial defense litigation. She will continue her practice in those areas, and more, with the us. Please join us in making her feel welcome.
Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, Fisher Maas Howard Lloyd and Wheeler has continued to provide legal services to its clients as usual. We have adapted our day to day operations in order that our employees might work remotely when required and in our offices under strict guidelines when permitted. We are committed to the health and safety of everyone who enters our offices and have implemented Firm COVID-19 Guidelines which follow the recommendations of the Center for Disease Control and the State of Indiana. We have continued to meet with clients, attend hearings, mediations and depositions electronically, and in person when permitted.
We realize that we are fortunate to be able to continue to work. As this pandemic drags on, we ask that you not forget those who have not been as fortunate and support them in whatever way you can.
