Kim concentrates her practice on tort liability. She is an experienced trial litigator focusing on construction, transportation, premises, fire loss and products liability.  As part of her transportation experience, Kim has served as a Rapid Response attorney working to address transportation losses with clients and insurers immediately after they occur in order to gather and preserve evidence. Kim is also a certified mediator.

Kim obtained her undergraduate degree from Indiana University (Go Hoosiers!) in 1984 and her JD in 1991 from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. She joined the Firm in 1996 where she quickly became a partner and then a managing Director.
