Marc was born and raised in northwest Indiana. After completing undergraduate and law school at Valparaiso University, he moved to the Indianapolis area. Marc joined the Firm as an attorney in 2002, and thereafter became a Principal in 2009.
Marc focuses his practice on the representation of individuals and businesses as defendants. The matters that he handles for his clients include premises liability, automobile accidents, environmental issues, slip and falls, trucking accidents, and construction defects. Marc has significant trial experience and has tried a multitude of jury trials. Marc has been a guest speaker at conferences regarding trial issues and also has served as an evaluator at student mock trial competitions.
