2020 wasn’t a complete disaster. It brought us our newest attorney, Cassie Stockert. Cassie and her family made the decision to move back home after riding out a painful quarantine in Chicago. Chicago’s loss was most certainly our gain. After graduating from the John Marshall School of Law, Cassie practiced in Chicago until 2020. Before coming here, her practice focused on insurance coverage, bad faith, and, commercial defense litigation. She will continue her practice in those areas, and more, with us. Please join us in making her feel welcome.
Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, Fisher Maas Howard Lloyd and Wheeler has continued to provide legal services to its clients as usual. We have adapted our day to day operations in order that our employees might work remotely when required and in our offices under strict guidelines when permitted. We are committed to the health and safety of everyone who enters our offices and have implemented Firm COVID-19 Guidelines which follow the recommendations of the Center for Disease Control and the State of Indiana. We have continued to meet with clients, attend hearings, mediations and depositions electronically, and in person when permitted.
We realize that we are fortunate to be able to continue to work. As this pandemic drags on, we ask that you not forget those who have not been as fortunate and support them in whatever way you can.
The attorneys at Fisher Maas Howard Lloyd & Wheeler know Indiana. We know its Courts, we know its attorneys and, most importantly, we know its laws. Our clients choose us because they trust our experience gained from litigating matters across Indiana over the past twenty-five years. They return to us because they understand that they will work closely with an attorney they have gotten to know and because they have come to appreciate the benefit that our experience provides. Fisher Maas Howard Lloyd & Wheeler is small by choice not by chance. Our size ensures our clients will have the personal attention they deserve.
