Aimee Rivera Cole is an accomplished attorney known for her strong advocacy skills, ability to navigate complex legal landscapes, and deep commitment to client satisfaction. With a diverse range of legal expertise, for over twenty years, she has successfully represented clients in various areas, including public sector cases, civil rights, employment matters, automobile accidents, premises liability, and slip and fall incidents. Aimee’s notable accomplishments include oral argument at the Indiana Supreme Court, multiple successful appeals, jury trial experience, and numerous wins on dispositive motions.
Aimee is deeply committed to giving back to her community and actively volunteers for various organizations and initiatives. Since 2015, Aimee has played an active role as a member of the executive committee of the Sagamore Inn of Court, an organization focused on promoting professionalism and excellence in the legal community through mentorship and educational programs. She also volunteers her time and expertise to support Mock Trial and We the People, providing mentorship and guidance to students interested in law and civic engagement. She has been a guest speaker multiple times at Hamilton Southern Easter District high schools and junior high schools sharing her legal expertise and insights with students. Aimee’s dedication to community extends to her involvement on various athletic boards at both Fishers High School and Hamilton Southeastern High School, where she contributes her leadership and guidance to support student-athletes.
