Levy graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science in 2004, and from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Master of Business Administration in 2007. He received his Juris Doctor from Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2013.
Following Law School, Levy worked as an Admissions Advisor at the Robert H. Mckinney School of Law, where he was responsible for assisting prospective and admitted students with questions related to the admissions process, the law school environment, and various groups organized for students. Levy went on to serve as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney at the Marion County Prosecutor’s office where he worked on misdemeanor and level 6 felony cases. His time there was spent in the courtroom preparing cases for suppression hearings, pretrial conferences, bond review hearings, guilty plea/sentencing hearings, and both bench and jury trials.
Most recently, Levy worked as Field Legal Counsel for a large insurance company where he handled cases involving automobile accidents, slip and falls, dog bite cases, and other types of personal casualty matters. Levy has also represented businesses in worker’s compensation matters, and municipal entities involving vehicular accidents, and other claims. Levy joined the firm in 2023.
