Donna retired from full-time practice in 2013 after over thirty years of representing clients across Indiana as a defense litigator.  In the years before going Of Counsel to the Firm, her practice was concentrated primarily in the areas of insurance coverage and environmental litigation.  She is a certified mediator and has mediated over 200 civil and EEOC cases since 2000.  In her current role as Of Counsel, Donna continues to engage in firm management and training.   

Donna is a past President of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana and has served on its Executive Board.  She  was previously the Indiana State Representative to the Defense Research Institute (DRI), a member of the IADC, the Indiana State Bar Association, Indianapolis Law Club,  the American Bar Association, the Claims Litigation and Management Alliance (CLM) and the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF).  She has served as a guest author and speaker for a number of these organizations during her years in practice.
