Biography

Jim is originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana and has been a resident of Indianapolis since beginning law school in 1982.  He joined Fisher Maas Howard Lloyd & Wheeler as an attorney in 2020 after a longtime partnership in a previous firm.

Jim’s practice has been state-wide and involves third-party insurance defense, insurance coverage and insurance subrogation litigation, including court trials, jury trials and appeals.  Jim has also maintained a practice in wills, trusts, guardianships and estates, including trust and probate litigation.
